Water and Sewer Tap Fees
| Total Water Taps Due: the Sum of the appropriate Federal Heights Water Tap Fee plus the corresponding Westminster Tap Fee component.
Total Sewer Tap Fees Due: the Sum of the appropriate Federal Heights Sewer Tap Fee plus the corresponding Metro-Waste Tap Fee.

WESTMINSTER WATER TAP FEES COMPONENT
The 2007 Westminster water contract created significant changes in new tap fees for development areas in Federal Heights. The Westminster fee component for new water taps in many areas will be 81% of the standard tap fee applied to new customers in Westminster. Please contact the City of Federal Heights at 303-412-3532 for clarification of rates in your development area.
