                        I move to award the contract for the 2010-A Capital Improvement Projects, CIP 03-10-4 to Thoutt Bros. Concrete Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $58,126.00 with a contigency of  $5,000.

I.7                    Approval of CDR Pertaining to 2010-B Capital Improvement Projects CIP 06-10-12

                        I move to award the contract for the 2010-B Capital Improvement Projects, CIP 06-10-12  to Brannan Construction Company in the amount of $242,844.20 with a contigency of  $65,000.

I.8                    Approval of CDR Pertaining to Tree Trimming and Pruning and Removal of Dead and Noxious Trees on City Properties

                        I move to authorize the approval of a contract with Aesthetic Tree Service, Inc. in the amount of $12,275 for the trimming and pruning of trees and the removal of dead and noxious trees on city property.

I.9                    Approval to Change Council Meeting Date from March 16^th to March 15^th, 2010 because of Caucus
