Email Option Available To Make Receiving Your Utility Bill Easier!

How does it work? Each month rather than receiving your utility bill by mail, your utility bill will be sent directly to your personal or business email address.

Once we receive an authorization form from you, we will enroll you in the EMAIL Program. You will receive your email utility bill every month on or around the 1st. Your utility bill will be due on the 10th of the month, just like it is now.

To take advantage of the EMAIL Program, complete the Email Enrollment Form and return it to the City of Federal Heights.

Electronic Funds Transfer Is Available To Make Paying Your Monthly Water and Sewer Bills Easier!

How does it work? Each month rather than having to mail in your utility payment, the amount of your bill will be automatically deducted from a bank account that you specify on the day that the bill is due. Best of all, there’s no fee.

You will continue to receive a monthly billing statement prior to the due dates for your records. The bill will indicate the amount due with a notation "Paid By Draft". The total due is the amount that will be charged to your bank account.

To take advantage of the EFT Program, if you have not already done so, please fill out the EFT Authorization Agreement Form and mail it back to the City of Federal Heights along with a voided check. Your EFT form can not be processed without a voided check.

If you have any questions about either program, please contact Virginia Mullins in Utility Billing.
