- Cities of Federal Heights and Thornton will be asphalt milling and overlaying existing asphalt pavement on Pecos from 84th Avenue to a short distance north of 92nd Avenue and on Huron from 84th Avenue to Milky Way
- Water and Sanitary Sewer replacement on 91st Place between Royal & Tejon
- Sanitary Sewer Replacement at selected locations on Tejon Street
- Add a Fire Hydrant Assembly on north side of 92nd Avenue west of Bryant Street
- Storm Sewer extension from 92nd Avenue to the north fence line of Monticello and east of Xcel Energy Substation
- Storm Sewer extension on north side of 92nd Avenue (east of Clay Street) to Clay Street then north on Clay Street approximately 200 feet
- Water Main isolation valves replacement in varies location within Northborough
- Piping existing drainage ditch on east side of Kimberly Hills and south of 96th Avenue
- Concrete Curb & Gutter replacement at various locations on Pecos and on 92nd Avenue
- Asphalt pavement crack sealing within Monticello
- Asphalt pavement patching in varies location within the City
- Ruston Park playground improvements contingent upon receiving Adams County Open Space Grant funding

The Six Minimum Measures are stormwater program elements the City will implement to meet Colorado's Water Quality Control Act (CCR 61.8(11)(a)(i)). Each Minimum Measure has associated Measurable Goals to gauge program success.

The Drainage Utility fee will be based upon the amount of area on each
property that does not allow water to absorb into the ground, such as
driveways, patios, and rooftops. The Drainage Utility fee will be
charged to each utility customer (residential, business, non-profit,
special district, church, state, and federal) in the City of Federal
Heights. The fee will provide revenue of approximately $400,000 per
year, 30% for the Stormwater Quality Management Program and 70% for
Capital Improvement Projects.
